CrossTrainers Mission: To encourage and equip men with spiritual tools to enhance their relationships with God, their wife, children, church, and community.
CrossTrainers officially began in 1989 after a group of men, including myself and Jerry Foster, had been meeting for about 10 years and saw an opportunity to widen the scope of men’s fellowship and discipleship in Des Moines. Throughout almost the last 25 years, CT has transitioned in many ways and we are excited to coach you up each Wednesday morning at CT!
